All employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits, (employees who work less than full-time but 20 or more hours per week are entitled to a pro rate share of vacation, sick and holiday benefits based on hours worked):

Up to six paid days per year for absence due to sickness or unavoidable personal reasons.
- Health and Dental Insurance
Following 30 days of employment, employees are eligible to participate in our group health and dental insurance plans. Currently, the firm pays 85% of the cost for your base plan coverage. The firm pays 90% of the cost of dental insurance. Employees are responsible for the cost of family members.
- Cafeteria Plan
Following 30 days of employment, employees may participate in the firm's Section 125 reimbursement account for medical expenses and dependent care. The Cafeteria Plan also allows health and dental insurance premiums to be paid with pre-tax dollars.
- Group Life & Disability Insurance
After the completion of three months employment, employees will be covered by a firm-paid group life insurance policy.
- Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan on the date of their employment and may contribute up to the maximum dollar amount allowed by law. Currently, the firm makes a contribution of 3% of compensation for all employees. The firm also maintains a profit sharing plan and may contribute an additional amount to the plan that is based on the performance of the firm.
- Flexible Work Arrangement
CLM will consider an employee's request for a flexible or reduced workload. Compensation and benefits are prorated accordingly.
- Professional Development
The firm provides all professionals with continuing professional education with both outside seminars and in-house training. All licensees are provided the necessary CPE to comply with the requirements of the American Institute of CPAs and the State Boards of Accountancy.
- Performance Evaluations
Staff members are evaluated annually and review conferences are held with intentions of evaluating performance, defining mutually agreed upon goals, commending strengths, and pointing out areas for improvement and development.
- Professional and Civic Organizations
The firm believes that participation in CPA activities enhances professional growth; therefore, the firm pays dues and costs of attending professional accounting organization meetings (such as AICPA and state societies). The firm also encourages participation in certain civic organizations and with advance approval will pay dues and costs of attending social and service club meetings.
- Business Professional Dress Code The firm has adopted a Business Professional Dress Code with certain guidelines that are followed in order to maintain a professional image.
