From Hampton Toll Booth and Points South - I95 North:
Approximately 7 miles from the Hampton toll booth, I95 divides in Portsmouth, take the Spaulding Turnpike, White Mountain exit (the lanes farthest left). Pease International Tradeport is Exit 1 (it is clearly marked on the exit sign). At the end of the exit take a left. Go through one set of lights and you will enter the Tradeport. Go straight through the second set of lights. The entrance to One New Hampshire Avenue is the 2nd left (the first left is into a parking lot). CLM is on the 3rd floor.
From York and Points North - I95 South:
From I95 take Exit 5 (to Spaulding Turnpike). It is the 2nd exit after going over the high rise bridge. From here the directions are the same as above. Pease International Tradeport is Exit 1 (it is clearly marked on the exit sign). At the end of the exit take a left. Go through one set of lights and you will enter the Tradeport. Go straight through the second set of lights. The entrance to One New Hampshire Avenue is the 2nd left (the first left is into a parking lot). CLM is on the 3rd floor. Note: when exiting off 95 here, there is an unmarked exit that will take you back to the Portsmouth traffic circle. Be sure not to take this exit. Exit 1 to the Tradeport is very clearly marked.
